What to Expect

1. Pre-treatment advice: You’ll be asked to use olive oil or sodium bicarbonate drops for 3–5 days before your visit.

2. Professional ear examination: We’ll check your ears and confirm if irrigation is suitable.

3. Gentle cleaning: Using a warm water irrigation device, we’ll flush away excess wax safely and comfortably.

4. Aftercare: We’ll ensure your ears are clear and provide guidance to prevent future build-up.

If we identify anything that needs medical follow-up (infection, perforation, etc.), we’ll refer you to your GP or ENT specialist.
