All appointments are conducted privately by video. You will receive instructions on how to join your appointment before your consultation.
Please join from a quiet, private space using a smartphone, tablet or computer with a working camera, microphone and reliable internet connection.
Before your appointment, please complete any requested medical intake and identity checks, and provide details of your current medicines, relevant diagnoses and copies of recent investigations or specialist correspondence where available.
Please have your medicines list to hand during the consultation.
For patients who would prefer to attend the clinic, we also offer a separate in-person consultation service at The Private Clinic by Dickson Chemist, 77 Greenhill Road, Rutherglen.

Consultation fees cover professional clinical assessment and advice. Prescribed medicines, laboratory investigations and additional services are charged separately where applicable.
A consultation does not guarantee a prescription or any particular treatment. All prescribing decisions are made following an individual clinical assessment and within the prescriber’s professional scope of competence.
Remote prescribing is offered only where sufficient information is available to make a safe and appropriate clinical decision. An in-person examination, further investigations or information from your usual healthcare team may be required before treatment can be recommended or prescribed.
Some treatments discussed may involve off-label or unlicensed use of medicines. Where relevant, the available evidence, uncertainties, risks and alternatives will be explained.
